The Beginner gymnastics program is designed to meet the needs of the recreational gymnast, as well as the serious beginner intent on rapid acceleration to the intermediate and advanced levels. Classes are an hour long and are separated by age and ability level. It is highly recommended that the serious beginner take advantage of at least two 1-hour sessions each week to achieve maximum benefit from their training.
